Standard 4 Artifact 1: Key element 4b talks about using effective strategies and tools to educate the children. In one of the classes I was in at Oakland Community College we were required to do a behavior plan for a child that was having daily struggles. This was a good way to find effective strategies for helping the child go back to learning without any complications.
